Summer has just started! The camping season has already begun and it’s time to prepare to receive friends. Here is a top 6 of fresh, delicious and colorful cocktails. This is our first cocktail blog for this year, we want to do more. That’s why we invite you to send us cocktail recipes that you know or have discovered. The cocktail can have only 2 ingredients! At the end of this page, there is a small form that you can fill out if you have cocktail ideas. We’ll leave a place where you can put a picture of this cocktail. If you wish, we will be able to publish this photo. Our blog “cocktails of the month” will be published every month until the end of the camping season.

Délice d’été

Ingredients

  • 45 ml (1 1/2 oz) raspberry liqueur (Sour Puss type)
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Raspberries
  • 1 slice of pineapple

Preparation

Directly in the glass

In a highball glass containing a few ice cubes, place the raspberries.

Pour in the raspberry drink.

Top with club soda.

Garnish with a slice of pineapple.

Brise Orientale

Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 oz) mandarin flavored vodka
  • 30 ml (1 oz) lychee liquor
  • 120 ml (4 oz) juice grapefruit
  • 1 dash of angostura
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 half slice of orange
  • 1 slice of star fruit

Preparation

Directly in the glass

In a highball glass containing a few ice cubes, add all the ingredients, except the fruit for garnish.

Stir with a bar spoon.

Garnish with half a slice of orange and a slice of star fruit.

Cactus banger

Ingredients

  • 45 ml (1 1/2 oz) tequila
  • 135 ml (4 1/2 oz) orange juice
  • 10 ml (1/ 3 oz) vanilla liqueur (Galliano type)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 orange wedge

Preparation

In a shaker

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add the tequila, orange juice and vanilla liqueur.

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain the contents of the shaker into a highball glass using an ice strainer.

Garnish with an orange wedge.

Pool side punch

Ingredients

  • 120 ml (4 oz) coconut rum drink
  • 120 ml (4 oz) white rum
  • 120 ml (4 oz ) melon liqueur
  • 120 ml (4 oz) orange juice
  • 120 ml (4 oz) pineapple juice
  • 90 ml (3 oz) lime juice
  • Honeydew melon chunks
  • Orange wedges
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Ice cubes
  • Makes 6-8 servings

Preparation

In a bowl

In a punch bowl, add all the ingredients.

Stir with a bar spoon.

Serve in old-fashioned glasses containing a few ice cubes, adding fruit from the bowl.

Blue lagoon

Ingredients

  • 45 ml (1 1/2 oz) vodka
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz) citrus liqueur (blue Curaçao type)
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz) lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Star fruit slices

Preparation

Directly in the glass

In a highball glass containing a few ice cubes, pour all the ingredients, except the star fruit slices.

Stir with a bar spoon.

Garnish with starfruit slices.

 Pro Tip

Add lemon-lime soda to the recipe for a Blue Lagoon Highball, a milder tasting cocktail.

Purple Jesus

Ingredients

  • 8 ml (1/4 oz) raspberry flavored vodka
  • Dash of citrus liquor (such as Blue Curaçao)
  • Dash of juice cranberry
  • A dash of elderflower syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 raspberry

Preparation

In a shaker

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add all the ingredients, except the raspberry.

Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.

Strain the contents of the shaker into a shot glass using an ice strainer.

Garnish with a raspberry on a skewer.
