Main Responsibilities
- Process and manage warranty claims for recreational vehicles (trailers).
- Verify the accuracy of submitted information and documents, ensuring proper follow-up with American manufacturers.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address questions and resolve warranty-related issues.
- Monitor ongoing warranty cases and ensure regular updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure prompt and efficient claim processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the process.
Desired Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role (an asset, not mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in office tools (e.g., office suite, management software).
- Bilingualism required (French and English).
