How it works

  • Included: Insurance, mileage, 1 filled propane tank, inspection and cleaning before your departure, and a starter kit
  • Departure: Between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.
  • Return: Between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
  • Cancellation: 50% refund of the reservation deposit if the cancellation is made 30 days or less before the departure date.
  • Age and licence: 25 years and over, mandatory and valid driving licence.
  • Reservation deposit A reservation deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required when booking online. This amount will be deducted from the total rental cost.
  • Security deposit A deposit of $1,000.00 is required before departure and will be refunded within 5 business days after inspection. Repair or damage costs will be deducted. Any amount exceeding the deposit will be paid by the renter.
  • Insurance Included with a deductible of $5,000. The renter is responsible for informing their insurance provider.
  • Substitution If the reserved vehicle is unavailable, an equivalent or lower model will be offered with a price adjustment. If no alternative is available, the reservation will be canceled and refunded without further compensation.
  • Renter's Responsibilities The vehicle must be returned on the scheduled date and time, in good condition. Any repairs exceeding $100 require authorization and invoices from a licensed mechanic. The renter and drivers must check tires and lights daily.
  • Prohibited with the trailer Towing is prohibited, smoking is not allowed (cleaning fees will apply in case of non-compliance), pets are not allowed.

  • Yes, each trailer comes equipped with basic amenities (fridge, stove, water tank, etc.). We provide 1 filled propane tank and all the necessary water and electricity connections.

  • Yes, insurance is included. However, it is recommended to opt for the FAQ 27 endorsement by contacting your insurance company. This provides you with additional coverage.
