Can you deliver the trailer?

Yes. With the purchase of a new trailer or RV, we offer delivery. *Certain conditions apply. Check with your representative during the transaction regarding rates and delivery possibilities. You can also opt for block installation. Contact your representative for full details.

What is MSRP?

The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price is the price recommended by the manufacturer for the retail sale of a product, in this case, a trailer. This price may vary depending on various factors like features, additional options, brand, etc. However, it is often used as a basic reference for setting sales prices by dealers.

Can my vehicle pull a trailer?

It depends on your vehicle and the weight of the trailer. We offer you a towing guide to help you find your towing capacity. More information here.


What is included in the rental trailer?

The rental trailer includes insurance, license plate, 1 filled propane tank, torsion bars and everything needed to use the trailer. (water, electricity and wastewater connections)

How much does it cost to rent an RV?

The price depends on the number of nights you wish to leave with the trailer. The price per night generally varies between $129 and $200 plus taxes per night.

How can I start the reservation process?

It is possible to start the rental process directly on our website here. It is also possible to contact us by email for more information and to start your reservation.

Can I tow the rental RV with my vehicle?

Please check your vehicle’s firing capacity here or directly with the manufacturer. If you have a pulling capacity of more than 3500lbs, you can pull certain rental trailers. Make sure your vehicle is equipped with a 7-pin connector (round plug) and a brake controller. (Allows you to control the brakes of the trailer)

When can I pick up and return the trailer?

Rental departures are Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Returns are possible from Monday to Sunday, depending on our opening hours.

Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?

It is possible to cancel a reservation free of charge 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date. The reservation deposit ($500) is 50% refundable within 30 days and becomes 100% non-refundable 14 days before the scheduled departure date.

What happens if I want to return the trailer before the scheduled return date?

It is possible to return the trailer before the scheduled return date, however these days will not be refunded or deducted from the total amount of the reservation.


Can you find the part I need with the trailer’s serial number?

Yes, if it is a piece of the frame of the trailer. In this case, please contact the Parts and Service Center with all your information. If it is an appliance (appliance, toilet, awning, light, etc.) You need the brand and model number of the appliance to be repaired. In this case, the trailer’s serial number does not tell us which parts you need. Contact our experts for more information.

Is everything standard in a trailer?

No. From one brand of RV to another and from one year to another, parts and devices change. Very few parts are standard. This is why we advise you to always have the brand and model number of the device to be repaired on hand.

What happens if you don’t have the part in inventory?

In such a case, we will place an order. Generally, we are able to receive these parts within 2 business days. If the part is on special order, lead times may be longer. Please check with your parts advisor.

Can I clean my camping trailer with an all-purpose product?

No. We do not recommend the use of all-purpose products or any other product that is not designed for your trailer. To ensure that you keep your trailer in good condition for a long time, we advise you to use products designed for the different materials of the trailer. Contact your parts advisor for more information.


Can you repair my RV?

Yes. We repair all brands and we work with all insurance companies. If you didn’t buy your trailer from us, we can still repair it. Please note that we always prioritize customers who purchased from us first. We are still happy to help you as soon as we have availability.
